Corestate Group: Madeleine Fund acquires trend-setting office building in first CO₂-neutral district of Paris

Paris, 4 February 2022. Corestate subsidiary STAM Europe has acquired the Tribu office building from the real estate developer Linkcity as part of a forward purchase of the first phase of the urban development project 'Îlot Fertile - Triangle Eole Evangile' in the 19th arrondissement of Paris for the Madeleine Fund initiated by it. The Tribu will feature 7,000 m² of state-of-the-art flexible office space, spacious floors flooded with light, terraces and gardens. Numerous environmental certificates such as BREEAM Excellent, HQE Excellent and Biodivercity demonstrate the forward-looking ecological construction methods.

Îlot Fertile is the first district in Paris to commit to being carbon neutral within 10 years, and sees itself as a model for the city of tomorrow that is exemplary in terms of the environment and quality of use across a wide range of uses. In addition to the Tribu office building, Îlot Fertile includes an urban logistics base, shops, residential properties (including social housing and multi-generational housing), a youth hostel and an urban sports centre.
