Corestate sharpens real estate profile and disposes of media fund business as planned

Frankfurt, 9 February 2022 - Corestate has disposed of its media fund business as planned. In the process, Corestate subsidiary Hannover Leasing has transferred the operational management of its media funds to a newly established joint venture. The operational carve-out of the media portfolio is part of Corestate's strategy to further sharpen and simplify its profile in the real estate business. The stake in the joint venture is held jointly by Hannover Leasing and a long-standing partner. Investor support at a high quality level is also ensured in the future.
