In addition, industry-leading consulting firms like Roland Berger project a substantial global value addition of EUR 500 billion by 2030, further underscoring the immense potential of hydrogen as a transformative energy source.

"The topic of hydrogen has long since reached all branches of industry and is being hotly debated at all levels," says Mario Hose, Managing Director of Apaton Finance GmbH and organizer of the 1st Hydrogen Day. "However, the industry is still very fragmented and characterized by regional differences. Therefore, an international exchange between companies and investors is particularly useful when it comes to hydrogen," explains Hose.

"As hydrogen technology has become a beacon of hope in the energy transition for various industries, there are numerous promising approaches and ideas. With our 1st Hydrogen Day, we want to offer interested investors, but also representatives of the press, access to promising companies and, last but not least, promote the exchange within the industry," says Manuel Hölzle, CEO of the research company GBC AG, and organizer of the 1st Hydrogen Day.

In addition to the two unlisted companies Cipher Neutron from Canada, which wants to make hydrogen usable as an energy storage medium, and the German JA-Gastechnology, which has already implemented various hydrogen projects in the automotive industry, four other listed companies will present business models and visions relating to hydrogen. Enapter AG focuses on modular expandable hydrolysers and wants to sustainably reduce the production costs for green hydrogen. The Canadian companies First Hydrogen and dynaCERT have also developed business models around the production of hydrogen, but their main business is in the field of mobility. Italian company Landi Renzo develops, produces, and sells components and alternative propulsion systems for gas and hydrogen mobility, addressing various customer segments such as car and truck manufacturers as well as installers and dealers. Through the company SAFE & CEC S.r.l. (shareholding: 51.0%), the Landi Renzo Group is also active in the field of compression solutions for gas and hydrogen infrastructures (CNG, biogas/RNG, hydrogen refueling stations).
