Vienna, 5 February 2024 – CQUADRAT Investment AG is increasing its stake in ARTS Asset Management GmbH from 45 to 55 percent, subject to the approval of the FMA. This step is justified by the many years of successful cooperation and the further good growth prospects for the CQ Investment Group.
